We ship to the Continental US, Alaska & Hawaii. We are based just outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania sales tax applies to all orders
HOW TO ESTIMATE THE DELIVERY & TIME FRAME OF YOUR ORDER
Estimating your delivery date
Step 1 - Check product availability date on the product's description page
Step 2 - Choose from Standard Delivery or Priority Delivery in the shopping cart
Step 3 - Add the product availability days to your selected deliver option days to determine the date you will receive you order.
Standard Delivery Option add 5 to 7 business days -Priority Delivery Option add 2 to 3 business days
Orders containing items with different availability dates will ship together. Use the latest item's availability date to estimate full order's receipt date.
Please contact us BEFORE your place your order if you need your order faster. We may be able to rush your order! Please include all item(s) you'd like to order, quantities, your exact need date, and your zip code in your email so we can provide an accurate delivery quote.
Shipping Details
Some shipments require a signature. Please provide us with a shipping address where you or your designated recipient will be during the day. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Additional shipping costs for forwarding or reshipment will apply if your package is returned to us or rerouted due to an invalid or incomplete address.
If you have special delivery placement instructions (ex. specific placement area for delivery, special bell-ringing requirements), please leave a note for your carrier at your delivery address. We do not add non-address information to the shipping label.
We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii. We're sorry, but we do not ship to US territories or military addresses.
RETURN POLICY
All custom sashes, custom color occasion ribbon and personalized item sales are final, we do not accept returns. No returns or exchanges are accepted for dissatisfaction with ribbon color. Please request a ribbon sample prior to placing your order if you are need an exact color match.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Orders that are damaged in transit, lost in transit, or misprinted are replaced with an exact replacement of the original order. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging that it arrived in so that a proper claim can be made with the carrier, and contact us immediately by email to sales@treasuredtouch.com.
Proofreading of personalized items is the responsibility of the customer. Items incorrectly personalized due to customer error cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your order carefully upon receipt. All claims for damage or shortage must be made via email to sales@treasuredtouch.com. within 7 business days of receipt.
